No need to worry about getting confused in the big-box store. We purchase items for you at regular retail prices and just add 20 minutes to our labor time to cover the trip.

We can normally clean a computer virus in about one hour. We come to you with our own virus cleaning equipment, there is no need to disconnect everything and take your computer to a store.

We offer custom lessons on Microsoft Office, or your iPad or anything else that is part of our repertoire at our regular hourly rate. These are personally tailored lessons, and of course we come to you and teach you on your own computer, no need to learn in an unfamiliar environment.

When we are called out to troubleshoot a computer, smartphone or audio-visual problem, we have a good success rate of fixing an issue within one hour.

Our prices include the cost of our labor, if hardware is needed then this is charged at regular retail prices. Appointments in our extended coverage area are subject to a travel fee to cover additional travel time. We will let you know this additional cost at the time that you arrange an appointment so that you are aware in advance.
